Charles, better known in the community as Mr.Un1k0d3r, has spent over 15 years on the offensive side of cybersecurity. His work spans red team engagements against Fortune 500 organizations, payload and tooling R&D, evasion research, and adversary emulation against modern EDR, AV, and detection stacks.

He founded TrueCyber Inc. to give operators, defenders, and the next generation of practitioners direct access to the techniques he uses on real engagements, not sanitized labs or recycled certifications. Through TrueCyber's live sessions and the Red Team Training course, students learn the why behind every tool and technique, and walk away with production-ready code, source, and the operator mindset required to run real assessments.

Charles is a recurring speaker and trainer at international security conferences, an active contributor to the offensive security tooling ecosystem, and works full time at CYPFER on red team and pentesting engagements.
